Earlier this year, Photoworkshop and Adobe announced the fifth annual Digital Imaging Competition. The competition hosted two categories, Photo Illustration, for images that take strong advantage of Adobe Photoshop’s image editing features, and Lightly Manipulated, for generally “straight” photography, enhanced in Photoshop via cropping, color correction, etc. It was the photo-illustrations that caught my eye; all the illustrations are wonderful.
